Telemedicus Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

HOUSTON-(Business Wire)-February 13, 2008 - Telemedicus, Inc. (OTC:TMDI) announced today it has appointed marketing president, Steve Price, as new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Price will be responsible for the product launch of the Digital EMS DREAMS(TM) platforms.

"Steve has already been successfully handling the multiple roles that are required in the launch of a major new product like DREAMS(TM). He has developed a detailed business plan, conducted our operations, established and defined the management or our supply chain and manufacturing. Steve has been a strong leader in our technology transfer and brings extensive experience to bear on our product development and positioning of the services we plan to extend worldwide," said Thomas Cloud, CEO of Telemedicus.

Mr. Price has over 19 years of domestic and international experience in the healthcare industry. He recently has served as the Global Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at privately-held Miller Instruments where he was directly involved in technology outreach, new product development, and new product collaborations with multiple medical device manufacturers in various specialties.

Previously, Mr. Price served as Vice-President of Sales for start-up Integrated Diagnostic Centers, and as Southwest Regional Sales Manager, he successfully helped France-based Edap Technomed launch transurethral microwave thermotherapy (TUMT) for treatment of enlarged prostate disease in the United States.

He also worked for Pfizer-Shiley/ Mallinckrodt, Inc. as a national Strategic Account Manager and sales representative, and he worked at Guidant (Origin Medsystems) as a Territory Manager selling surgical supplies.

He holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

He is a member of the American Telemedicine Association, BioHouston and a former member of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).

He was recognized as one of Houston's "People on the Move" in the Houston Chronicle and the AAMI. In 2004, Mr. Price was part of the management team that won the first M.I.T. Forum award at Millar Instruments recognizing the company for engineering excellence in Houston.
