TimeBridge Joins Google Enterprise Professional Program

SAN FRANCISCO-(Business Wire)-February 13, 2008 - TimeBridge today announced it has joined the Google Enterprise(TM) Professional program, which extends the power of Google across the enterprise and helps customers get more value out of their Google enterprise deployments. TimeBridge's Personal Scheduling Manager helps Google Apps(TM) users schedule meetings and share availability across companies and calendaring systems. TimeBridge reduces the email exchanges required to find a time to meet and lets organizers schedule a meeting in just one simple step.

TimeBridge has integrated its innovative scheduling application with Google Apps so that users can see their calendar details as they select meeting times to propose to their attendees. Proposed meetings times are held on their calendar and removed once a time is confirmed. Google Apps users are able to view attendees' availability even if the attendees use Outlook for their calendar. Google Apps users can also access their Google contacts from the TimeBridge application making creating a meeting invitation as easy as sending an email.

"Scheduling is the first step to collaboration, and TimeBridge makes it simpler and more efficient for Google Apps users to meet with colleagues and partners working in any online or desktop environment," said Yori Nelken, CEO of TimeBridge. "Along with Google Apps Premier Edition's collaboration tools and powerful APIs, TimeBridge creates a comprehensive scheduling solution to enhance the productivity of Google Apps users."

Google Apps brings simple, powerful communication and collaboration tools to organizations. With Google Apps, users can use tools such as Gmail(TM) web services, Google Calendar(TM) shared calendaring, and Google Docs(TM) on their own domain to work together more effectively. Best of all, it's all hosted by Google, so there's no hardware or software to download, install or maintain.

"Google Apps is being used in environments with a range of desktop applications," said Scott McMullan, Google Apps Partner Lead for Google Enterprise. "TimeBridge makes it easy for Google users to schedule and share availability with non-Google users, which is very valuable to mixed environment users."

"As Community Partners made the switch over to Google Apps, we needed an integrated way to schedule meetings within and outside our organization," said Johanna Bates, technology manager at Community Partners, an Amherst-based non-profit that improves access to health care in Massachusetts for low- and moderate-income residents. "TimeBridge is wonderful for scheduling meetings, and integration with Google Calendar keeps our calendars synched and accurate."

The Google Enterprise Professional program includes developers, consultants and independent software vendors that provide value-added services for Google enterprise products. For more information on the Google Enterprise Professional program, please visit www.google.com/enterprise/gep.
