Amish Naturals, Inc. Expands Distribution in Northeast with Availability at Kings Super Markets, Inc.

HOLMESVILLE, Ohio-(Business Wire)-January 31, 2008 - Amish Naturals, Inc. (OTCBB: AMNT) today announced that the company's organic pasta line will soon be available at Kings Super Markets Inc.

Customers of the upscale supermarket chain can enjoy Amish Naturals' Fettuccine, Penne and Birds Nest pastas as they begin to hit the shelves in the coming weeks at Kings' 27 retail grocery outlets located in northern New Jersey, and Garden City and Merrick, Long Island.

"Kings has strong locations in attractive markets. The Northeast region of the United States is one of the largest pasta markets in the U.S.," said Troy Treangen, Executive Vice President/COO of Amish Naturals. "Kings has built a loyal customer base by identifying premium products to meet their customers' needs, rather than simply dominating their shelves with the products of a few large conglomerates. We are pleased Kings has recognized Amish Naturals' role in the thriving market for organic and wholesome foods and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship. We also look forward to seeing our products hit specially redesigned shelves at Kings within the next four weeks."

Earlier this month, Amish Naturals announced another leap into the Northeast region of the United States by way of a distribution agreement with FreshDirect, the industry leader in the online grocery sector serving residences and offices in the New York City metropolitan area. In October of 2007, Amish Naturals made its initial entry to the regional market at Shaw's Supermarkets, with over 210 stores in six New England States.

All Amish Naturals' pastas are made with the very best ingredients and manufactured under the strictest Kosher and Organic regulations. Their careful sheeting and cutting method of pasta-making is reminiscent of an Italian grandmother hand rolling and cutting sheets of dough.

Amish Naturals, Inc. was founded with the goal to bring wholesome Amish products to shopping carts and dinner tables nationwide. The Amish Naturals' family of products includes the Amish Naturals' line of premium pastas and the Amish Heritage line of all-natural, gourmet condiments, soups, granola cereals and nutrition bars.
