CORRECTING and REPLACING B2 Digital Inc. is Going to the Super Bowl

PHOENIX-(Business Wire)-January 30, 2008 - Ticker symbol in slug and first graph, first sentence of release should read: (Pink Sheets: BTDG) sted (Pink Sheets: BTGD).

(Pink Sheets: BTDG) is pleased to announce that the company through it wholly owned subsidiary Hotel Movie Network, Inc. in association with Eagle West Communications, Inc. has contracted with NFL to install satellite DTV systems and provide technical support where needed for the Super Bowl to be played in Phoenix, Arizona.

The contract will include providing technical support and all associated materials, labor and equipment for all the locations affected by the event that Hotel Movie Network, Inc. will be involved in.
