Experience Super Bowl XLII Like Never before with the Interactivity of Jacked.com

SANTA MONICA, Calif.-(Business Wire)-January 30, 2008 - Jacked, Inc.(TM) (www.jacked.com), developer of a new Webtop publishing platform designed to synchronize Internet content with live television, announced today the launch of its SportsTop(TM) beta product, providing an interactive experience for the millions of viewers expected to tune in to Super Bowl XLII on two screens. The Jacked platform monitors the television broadcast and automatically searches for and publishes relevant content to users' PCs such as player profiles, stats, in-game photos, videos and news in real time.

"Jacked has quietly been providing a group of beta users with an interactive companion for every NFL preseason, postseason and playoff game this season, and we're excited to finally unveil our SportsTop(TM) beta to the public in time for the biggest football matchup of the year," said Bryan Biniak, CEO of Jacked. "The Jacked.com SportsTop(TM) feeds the insatiable appetites of Patriot and Giant fans, giving them instant, personalized access to all the relevant content they want through a second screen game companion that does all the heavy lifting for them without taking away control."

Jacked.com enables users to enhance their game day and configure a personal Super Bowl dashboard to create the ultimate sports viewing experience. During the game, consumers can log on and chose from a catalog of widgets that they can drag and drop onto the screen and minimize or maximize to create the perfect view. Jacked takes over from there, populating the user's selected widgets with content from the Web and partner feeds and displaying the most relevant information based upon what is going on in the live broadcast. Simply, Jacked allows fans to focus on and enjoy the game and avoid the distracting drudgery of wading through endless pages of time consuming, occasionally relevant search results.

The Jacked widget portfolio includes:

— Video Widget

The video widget uses Jacked's multi-patent Searchcasting(TM) technology to automatically search YouTube for the latest and greatest Patriots, Giants and Super Bowl videos as well as provide users with a convenient personal search feature to locate specific videos.

— Chat Widget

Sports fans can actively participate in the game experience through the chat widget, which allows them to connect with other fans that are also watching the game live.

— Player Profile Widget

The player profile automatically highlights players based upon key events going on during the game, pulling the player's profile, latest stats and bio.

— Play-by-Play Widget

The play-by-play updates fans with every play and past drive, drawing in detail in both a graphical field display as well as text display. Jacked also functions as a "data DVR" providing fans with the ability to check out drives in prior quarters that they may have missed.

— Boxscore Widget

Stats for every player and position are updated in real time giving the user the same detail that the announcers have at their disposal.

— Game Summary Widget

Stats from teams are displayed side by side for quick comparison, letting you know if Brady or Manning is ruling the air.

— Scoreboard Widget

The scoreboard widget presents more than the point totals. Rolling over the Giants or Patriots record pops up a summary of every game the team played leading up to the big one.

— Ticker Widget

Get all the news in convenient ticker format from the all sources covering the big game.

— Team Photo Widget

Live images taken by AP and Getty photographers from the big game streamed direct from Arizona along with highlight photos and captions from the 2007-2008 season.

— Cheerleader Photo Widget

Profiles of the ultimate fans who, rain or shine, give the Giants and Patriots their all.

— Flickr Fan Photo Widget

See the Patriots and Giants from the fans' point of view with a visual behind-the-scenes look at the season.

— Coaches Photo Widget

All season long, Bilichick and Coughlin watched from the sidelines as their teams marched to the big day. See how they managed to survive in a photo journey from preseason to glory.

— Amazon Team Store Widget

The Amazon widget finds all of the Giants and Patriots gear any fan could desire and presents it in a handy one-stop widget with access to Amazon's famous one-click purchase.

— Trivia Widget

If you think you know football, play the Jacked Grid Iron Trivia game and test your knowledge of NFL games past. Compete with the other super fans for pole position on the leaderboard for a shot at glory.

— News Widget

A news widget automatically searches for the most up-to-date news during the game.

In addition to the NFL, Jacked.com supported all NCAA football games this season, including the Bowl Games and BCS Championship game between Ohio State and Louisiana State University. Jacked has also been working with its early beta user base to identify and develop unique features and functions like the Jacked NBA "Heat Index," which uses analytical metrics to dynamically index each player's performance at any specific moment in the game. Sports fans can follow players and see at which points in the game they are underperforming, meeting expectations or are "hot." This patent-pending widget not only uses game stats, but adds a time component that decays a player's index as he "gets cold" either by being out of the game or not contributing while on the floor through an animated visual thermometer on the player profile widget.

To top it off, Jacked has launched a companion Football Championship Challenge, providing registered users with an interactive application that gives them a chance to win $100,000 for correct predictions about the game. Fans can register at Jacked.com to participate.
