Nightingale to Provide Electronic Medical Record Solutions to MCI Medical Clinics Inc.
MARKHAM, Ontario-(Business Wire)-March 28, 2007 - Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: NGH), a healthcare application service provider (ASP) of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management software, today announced that it has signed an agreement with MCI Medical Clinics Inc. (MCI), one of Canada's largest chains of outpatient clinics, to provide its healthcare software solutions to 20 MCI clinics.
Under the terms of the three-year agreement, MCI will license Nightingale's healthcare software applications for 20 of its clinics in Ontario, plus the associated support, training and implementation services. Nightingale will begin by rolling out its EMR software to six clinics through the spring and summer of 2007.
