Peak Performance Solutions, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of Mojungle, Inc.
COLUMBUS, Ohio-(Business Wire)-March 6, 2007 - Peak Performance Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Los Angeles based Mojungle. The acquisition was an equity purchase transaction. Peak plans to merge the Mojungle technology into its core business solutions, while expanding the virtual community services currently offered by Mojungle.
Mojungle (www.mojungle.com) is a mobile-media sharing application and virtual community allowing users to store and share photos and videos directly from their mobile device in real-time, communicate, network, browse profiles, and make friends from around the world in a secure environment. Mojungle was founded in early 2006 and has established a large user base in a short time period. The technology is user-friendly and adds depth to any virtual community. Former Mojungle CEO, Ophir Tanz, states, "We are pleased to be leaving Mojungle in such capable hands and look forward to seeing Peak Performance grow the existing Mojungle service and successfully integrate the mobile sharing capabilities into their existing software, a move which is sure to cause a stir in the industry."
