The Fraternal Order of Police, Fort Lauderdale, FL Confers Membership to Leo Hinkley
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.-(Business Wire)-February 12, 2009 - The Fraternal Order of Police, Fort Lauderdale, Lodge #31, announced today it has conferred membership to Leo Hinkley into its associate lodge.

Mr. Hinkley has been an active member of the investment industry and investor relations profession for over twenty years. He currently serves as Investor Relations Officer with Fort Lauderdale based BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE:BBX). Prior to that he directed the international Investor Relations operations for multi-national ECI Telecom Ltd. (NASDAQ:ECIL). He also served as Senior Vice President with First Empire Asset Management and was a co-founder of their Public Finance Division in Florida. Mr. Hinkley is a member of the Board of Directors of the Broward County Crime Commission and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) South Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bankers Association and the International Engineering Consortium (IEC). He has served on the Executive Committee of the Florida IT Task Force, a member of the Florida Association of School Board Officials, and the Board of Directors of the American Israel and Florida Israel Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Hinkley has been inducted into the Who's Who in Leadership in the United States, the Who's Who in International Business in Florida and Miami, and recently received Business Leader Magazine’s 2008 Mover & Shakers Award.
