Kaseman LLC Appoints Jeremy McGonigle As President and Chief Operating Officer
WASHINGTON-(Business Wire)-February 9, 2009 - Kaseman LLC (“Kaseman”), a company controlled by DC Capital Partners, LLC, announced today the appointment of Mr. Jeremy McGonigle as President and Chief Operating Officer effective February 9th, 2009. Mr. McGonigle will report directly to David Kaseman, Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. McGonigle will be responsible for Kaseman’s three operating divisions; Logistics and Facility Services; Security Training and Operations; Engineering and Professional Services. In addition, he will have direct oversight of Accounting, Finance and Human Resources.
Jeremy has been with Kaseman since 2003, serving most recently as Vice President of Operations. In his tenure with the company, Jeremy has been responsible for the establishment of Kaseman’s Engineering and Professional Services Division and Transportation Security Administration professional services practice. During 2008, Jeremy led the restructuring of Kaseman’s operating divisions into their current structure, formalizing the Security Training and Operations and Logistics and Facility Services verticals. Before joining Kaseman LLC, Jeremy served as lead engineer for the Louis Berger Group’s Washington, DC office and prior to that operated a successful consulting engineering practice in the Washington, DC area.
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
