Fitch Rates Chrysler Auto WLBVF 2008-A Trust Notes 'AAA'
NEW YORK-(Business Wire)-January 30, 2009 - Fitch Ratings has assigned the following ratings to the Chrysler Auto WLBVF 2008-A Trust:
—$518,682,040 class A floating rate asset-backed notes 'AAA'.
The securities have been privately placed and are backed by beneficial interests in a pool of new and used commercial vehicle auto loans contracts and the underlying vehicles. The assigned ratings address the likelihood of full repayment of interest and principal in accordance with the terms of the documents.
