Sitel to Provide Contact Center Services Globally for Major Travel and Tourism Company
NASHVILLE, Tenn.-(Business Wire)-January 27, 2009 - Sitel today announced that it was selected by a global travel management company to provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Nearly 300 Sitel associates in India, Morocco, Singapore and the Philippines will provide comprehensive customer support of the online Company’s reservations, business-to-business, customer care, sales, services and back-office operations. Sitel’s turnkey solution will provide global coverage of English, French, and Mandarin customer care and sales.
