Ticket2Final – Together With Euroleague Basketball!
DOUGLAS, Isle of Man-(Business Wire)-January 14, 2009 - Ticket2Final (T2F) announces that it has concluded a cooperative agreement with Euroleague Basketball for the sale of options to fans for the Euroleague Final Four, to be played May 1-3, 2009 in Berlin.
According to Todd Warnick, T2F's Chief Executive Officer, options will be sold to fans who are guaranteed the right to purchase tickets at face value – should their team qualify for the Euroleague Final Four championship games.
Options are already on sale via Ticket2Final's web site, www.ticket2final.com. This is the initial pilot project for Ticket2Final, which recently concluded a private investment round of $730,000 at a valuation of more than $2.0 million.
Ticket2Final's unique patent-pending product model cuts down on ticket scalping (touting) and allows real fans the opportunity to see championship games.
Ticket2Final also shares revenue from the sale of options with the organizing body.
Ticket2Final was founded by Israeli software engineers Yaniv Ozana and Oren Tal. Warnick, the CEO, joined the company recently and brings to the organization more than 25 years of involvement in sports as a highly respected international referee at the top levels of Israeli and European professional basketball, as well as similar years of experience in senior finance and operations positions in a variety of international companies and organizations.
