PHOENIX-(Business Wire)-January 5, 2009 - Modavox, Inc. (OTCBB: MDVX), Internet broadcasting pioneer and holder of several patented technologies, today announced that its VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio Internet Talk Radio Networks recorded December as their best revenue month of calendar year 2008.

Jeff Spenard, President of Iradio for Modavox, the parent of VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio Live Internet Talk Radio Networks, stated, “We’re pleased that the addition of new networks and programming are yielding tangible results in terms of growing revenues, as well as adding new unique visitors. We continue to focus on creating high quality content, often times niche oriented, making the audience more readily targetable through online advertising. Although December represents just one month, we believe we’ve laid the groundwork for future growth, which we expect will be further complemented by recent trends indicating increasing online radio listenership.”

The company also announced it is launching The Green Talk Network, the first Eco-Lifestyle Live Internet Talk Radio Network. The network will feature programs devoted to the latest and hottest eco-conscious trends and lifestyles. It also will promote a more sustainable future for the world's Internet radio listeners through live programs, archives and podcasts.

This innovative network will launch initially with seven programs, with more programs slated to join the lineup in February. The network will feature environmental activists, business leaders, inventors and trendsetters promoting a more sustainable future for the world and coming generations.

The Green Talk Network will launch its first show on Monday, January 5. To access the shows and information, visit http://www.thegreentalknetwork.com. All shows will be available in archived show pages for on-demand and podcast download.

Lastly, the company further announced that its VoiceAmerica’s Sports Network closed out 2008 on a positive note by adding six former NFL players as hosts on its VoiceAmerica Sports Channel. The list is headed by former all pros Fred Barnett and Joe Cribbs. Also included are former Arizona Cardinal’s defensive back Kwamie Lassiter, former Kansas City Chief defensive back Mark McMillian, former Buffalo Bills player defensive back Jeff Nixon and former Pittsburgh Steelers Verron Hayes, running back and member of the last Steelers team to win a Super Bowl.

Ray Ellis, Network Director of VoiceAmerica Sports Network, said, “We continue to stick to our plan of providing football fans the unique opportunity to hear it straight from the mouths of the players themselves. The growing acceptance of our unique platform by former professional athletes furthers the quality of our content, as well as bolstering our audience. Fans across the world can tune in and listen to our steamed programs right on their desktops, hearing stories and insights that can only be heard on our VoiceAmerica Sports Network.”
