Working closely with the Pellet Fuels Institute, WoodPellets.com has helped drive the evolution of the standards that help guarantee the quality of pellets for today’s consumer. The Company tests for several variables, including ash content, heating value, pellet fines content, durability, diameter, length, ash fusion temperature and chloride levels.
