SMS Has Agreed to Buy Substantially All of the Assets of the Data Center Maintenance Business of QSGI
CHARLOTTE, N.C.-(Business Wire)-September 28, 2009 - SMS has agreed to buy substantially all of the assets of the Data Center Maintenance business of QSGI. This purchase expands SMS’s geographic presence and maintenance support capabilities for IBM zSeries, pSeries, iSeries and related peripheral equipment.
