Launched in 1999, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes identify best-in-class companies through an integrated assessment of economic, environmental and social criteria with a strong focus on long-term shareholder value, assessing issues such as corporate governance, risk management, branding, climate change mitigation, supply chain standards and labor practices. Currently 70 DJSI licenses are held by asset managers in 16 countries to manage a variety of financial products including active and passive funds, certificates and segregated accounts. In total, these licensees presently manage close to 6 billion USD based on the DJSI. For more information about the DJSI, visit http://www.sustainability-indexes.com.

The FTSE4Good Index Series has been designed to measure the performance of companies that meet globally recognized corporate responsibility standards, and to facilitate the investment in those companies.
