Stevens Painton Corporation Announces Name Change
PITTSBURGH-(Business Wire)-September 25, 2009 - Stevens Painton Corporation, a global leader in the engineering, construction and construction management industry for nearly five decades, is proud to announce its name change to STEVENS. The company’s decision to amend its name is a part of a total re-branding campaign that is designed to better position STEVENS as one of the few firms to offer complete design, build, and management services.
“This effort evolved after extensive research and through numerous conversations with our existing clients,” said Thomas A. Snyder, Chief Executive Officer of STEVENS. “Our new name, and forthcoming re-branding, better reflects our fuller capabilities and the fact that we have strong expertise in total facility engineering, construction, and supervisory disciplines under one roof.”
As part of the re-branding process, Stevens has developed a new graphic identity system and will launch its new Web site (www.stevensec.com) before October. Simultaneously, offices are working to update all signage and collateral materials. Part of the STEVENS family of companies, Continental Design and Management Group will additionally change and shorten its name to CDMG.
