LAS VEGAS-(Business Wire)-September 25, 2009 - Prime Star Group, Inc. (PSGI) (OTCBB: PSGI), a conglomerate of wholly owned subsidiary corporations operating in the food and beverage, healthcare, and transportation industries, is pleased to announce appointments of members to its Board of Directors as well as announcing officers to subsidiary corporations.

Prime Star Group (PSGI) subsidiary corporations include Arcina Risk Group, Inc., Disaster Relief International, Inc., New Age Packaging, Inc., and alcohol and beverage company Vintners` Private Reserve, Inc. Robert Ramsey

Robert Ramsey serves as Chief Operating Officer of Prime Star Group, Inc. and President of Global Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Ramsey specializes in developing companies for aggressive, controlled growth with superior results.

Jerry Ludeman

Jerry Ludeman serves as Secretary of Prime Star Group, Inc. and President of Wild Grill Foods, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Ludeman is a seasoned executive with over 35 years experience leading companies in the petroleum, food and beverage industries.

Larry Ynfante

Larry Ynfante serves as President of TheHealthChannel.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Star Group, Inc. Presently, Mr. Ynfante serves as Vice President of Public Relations for Prime Star Group, Inc.

Arthur De Joya

Mr. De Joya will serve as head of the all audit committees. Mr. De Joya is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Nevada. Arthur has over 10 years of experience in public accounting. He is currently the name partner of De Joya & Company, a certified public accounting and consulting firm.

It was also announced that B.V. Ray will serve as President, Disaster Relief International, Inc.

In addition, Doug Deutermann will serve as President, and Richard Janisch as Executive Vice President and Secretary, of Arcina Risk Group, Inc, an insurance case management company with international clients such as Toyota, Nissan, and Honda.
