MINNEAPOLIS-(Business Wire)-September 25, 2009 - UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) will release its third quarter 2009 financial results on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 before the market opens. Following the earnings press release, president and chief executive officer, Stephen J.
