Arrow Electronics Awarded Distributor of the Year by AMD in Mexico
MELVILLE, N.Y.-(Business Wire)-September 24, 2009 - Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) today announced that its Mexico electronic components business has been awarded distributor of the year by Advanced Micro Devices.
AMD, a semiconductor company providing processing solutions for the computing, graphics and consumer electronics markets, named Arrow as the company’s leading components distributor in the Mexico region.
Arrow received the award during the recent AMD Executive Forum 2009 held in Austin, Texas.
