Crescent Resources Resumes Construction of One Greenway Centre in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn.-(Business Wire)-September 24, 2009 - Crescent Resources, LLC today announced that it will resume construction on September 30 of One Greenway Centre, a premier commercial office property in Nashville. Construction will restart following Court approval of an agreement that resolves the lien and lawsuit between Crescent and the general contractor of the building.
One Greenway Centre, with approximately 155,000 square feet of Class A office space, is the most recently developed office building in Crescent’s Corporate Centre development. Corporate Centre at Cool Springs comprises 1,500,000 square feet of previously completed Class A Office Buildings and an Embassy Suites Hotel. Crescent Resources currently owns Nine Corporate Centre and One Greenway Centre.
