Leveraging more than two decades of experience delivering high-quality meals, DiningIn’s new applications give companies a cost-effective employee benefit while simplifying the labor-intensive process of ordering meals or catering for groups and individuals. For example, the new Prix Fixe offering is available exclusively for corporate customers:

  • Prix Fixe – Allows companies to offer employees a reprieve from the same old lunch options by providing a “virtual food court” that consists of the city’s hottest restaurants. As companies cut costs and office extras, this perk comes at no cost to the employer and gives HR an additional benefit to help keep moral high. A company representative simply logs into their DiningIn account and creates a schedule of restaurants that deliver on specific days. Employees are asked to place their lunch order online from one or more of the preselected restaurants for that day, and all meals will be delivered at a designated time. This substantially reduces delivery fees and gives employees something to get excited about.

Applications available for home or office customers include:

  • Group – Provides an easy way to manage orders for important client meetings, employee lunches, holiday parties or weekend get-togethers while eliminating the logistical complications. After logging in, the executive assistant, co-worker or host uses the application to choose a restaurant, schedule meal delivery at a convenient time and send email invitations to their guests. Everyone will then receive an email asking them to place their own order by a specified time. If the host or company is feeling generous they can “pick up the tab” but if the bill is being split everyone pays for themselves via the online system.
  • Catering Buffet – Allows employers or home users to organize a party or company function by making it easy to order a selection of good food from some of the community’s best restaurants that serve catering size portions and displays.
  • A La Carte – Empowers users at home or at work to place an individual meal order for themselves or up to 2,000 individual meals for their co-workers from high quality restaurants in the area.

More than 6,000 companies of all sizes including law, advertising, accounting and consulting firms along with numerous individual consumers have already realized great value through DiningIn’s services. Now, using the new @ Home and @ Work applications, customers can further simplify the process of offering high-quality meals to their employees, clients or guests.
