Fox; actor/author Hill Harper; actor/philanthropist Malinda Williams; Chief Global Diversity Officer of McDonald’s Corporation, Pat Harris; EVP of Urban Marketing for Universal Motown, Shanti Das; and HIV/AIDS Activist, Maria Davis at the First Annual WEEN Awards. Hosts include entertainment icon MC Lyte and national television personality/actor Terrence J. Presenters include media personalities Angie Martinez, Rocsi, Jeff Johnson, Alesha Renee, Big Tigger and WEEN Chair Valeisha Butterfield. Sponsors include McDonald’s Corporation, Anheuser-Busch and BET Networks. Scholarships will be granted to two deserving college students in the DC area by WEEN and PressReset.me, founded by Industry Executive and Lifestyle Branding Consultant Shanti Das. Music is by DJ Aasha Adore.
