Russell Reynolds Associates Promotes Constantine Alexandrakis and Lyndon Taylor to Managing Directors
NEW YORK-(Business Wire)-September 24, 2009 - Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced the promotions of Constantine Alexandrakis and Lyndon Taylor to Managing Directors in the firm’s Chicago office.
As a member of the firm’s Technology and Board Services practices, Constantine Alexandrakis has conducted searches for an array of executive leadership positions in public and private companies. His experience includes recruiting professionals to Boards of Directors, general management roles, and a range of corporate functions, with an emphasis on information technology.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Constantine served as Vice President of Operations for four years at Hostway Corporation. Previously, he was a management consultant for Towers Perrin’s Strategy & Organization Unit. In this role, Constantine worked with Fortune 500 companies to implement new business strategies and organizational improvements. Constantine received his A.B. in economics, graduating cum laude from Princeton University. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, with concentrations in finance and business economics.
Lyndon Taylor is a member of the Financial Services Sector and works with clients in asset and wealth management and global banking in the recruitment of senior leadership talent. Additionally, he has also successfully completed a number of searches for chief financial officers and other finance function leaders for services companies in the Chicago-area. Through his work with the firm’s Diversity Practice, of which he is a member, Lyndon has also completed several board assignments and worked with clients to more effectively recruit and retain under-represented minority executive talent.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000, Lyndon held investment banking positions with UBS Warburg LLC and Merrill Lynch and also served in the U.S. Navy. Lyndon received his B.A. in history and his B.S. in ethnic studies from Southern Methodist University. He received his M.B.A., with concentrations in business policy and strategic management, from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business. He is currently a member of its Alumni Association and also serves on the Board of Directors of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.
