Ticketmaster Announces Extension of 18-Year Relationship with Renowned Orpheum Theatre in Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tenn.-(Business Wire)-September 23, 2009 - Ticketmaster, a Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: TKTM) operating company, has announced the extension of its 18-year relationship with the renowned Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, TN. The multi-year extension will continue the affiliation between the two companies, and reaffirms Ticketmaster’s commitment to the Mid-South region’s rich cultural heritage and bustling arts and entertainment scene.

The Orpheum Theatre will continue to utilize Ticketmaster’s latest technology in its daily ticketing operations, including products such as ArtsExchange and TicketForwarding. Ticketmaster will build upon its seamlessly integrated event ticketing distribution solutions, including on-site scanning technology to validate barcoded event tickets; online and offline event marketing and communication tools; and a multitude of new services to help drive ticket sales and enhance the overall entertainment experience for Memphis-area fans.
