BOCA RATON, Fla.-(Business Wire)-September 23, 2009 - Fighting for quality health care that supports our seniors is what David Maymon, candidate for State Representative, will be discussing when he is guest of honor at an “All American” fundraising picnic hosted by Whitehall Boca Raton.
Miami Dolphin great Terry Kirby will be on hand to support candidate Maymon and sign footballs. Terry’s non-profit organization, Touchdowns4Life Charter Middle School in Tamarac, has developed a unique curriculum to educate struggling, average and gifted students in grades 6-8. Children are offered special “athletic coaching” and counseling on all levels including personal and home issues. Along with future representative Maymon, they are supporting the future of education.
Whitehall Boca will give the community a chance to learn how Maymon supports less government intervention and joining of forces between healthcare providers, insurance companies and patient advocacy groups to find solutions to the current healthcare crisis.
The picnic will take place Tuesday, September 29, from 5:00-7:00 PM. Hotdogs, sliders, popcorn, peanuts and libations will be served. Whitehall Boca Raton is located at 7300 Del Prado South, Boca Raton, FL 33433.
