Contingent Completes Onsite Project in More Than 1,300 Wendy’s Corporate Stores in 43 Days

CINCINNATI-(Business Wire)-September 22, 2009 - On July 31, 2009 Contingent Network Services (www.contingent.com) completed a national rollout of integrating HME (HM Electronics) timing devices for 1,330 Wendy’s corporate restaurants in 43 business days. Contingent’s success was best described by Michael Weber, Program Manager Legal Technology at Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc.

“Contingent has truly done a great job on the HME integration project. They have consistently worked very hard to ensure the best possible outcome for our restaurants. This particular project fell under Contingent’s StoreWorX service offering for Retail-specific networks with a focus on Return On Investment (ROI). In addition to StoreWorX, Wendy’s also utilizes Contingent’s NetMedX (field repair and troubleshooting), as well as MACWorX (field infrastructure installation service for telecommunications companies).
