McCormick Declares $0.24 Quarterly Dividend
SPARKS, Md.-(Business Wire)-September 22, 2009 - The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on its common stocks payable October 16, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 2, 2009.
This is the 85th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings and specialty foods.
