Parsons Appoints Wager as President of Its Infrastructure & Technology Group
PASADENA, Calif.-(Business Wire)-September 22, 2009 - Parsons announces the appointment of Todd K. Wager as President of Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group, Inc. (PI&T), effective October 1, 2009. PI&T, a primary global business unit of Parsons Corporation, provides customers worldwide with full-service engineering, construction and management services in the defense, energy, environmental, infrastructure, security, intelligence, and international sectors. In his new role, Mr. Wager will be responsible for the business unit’s worldwide operations.
Mr. Wager joined Parsons in 1996 and has since held a succession of project management and business development positions throughout the corporation both in Europe and the United States. His most recent position was Executive Vice President and Global Business Development Manager for PI&T. In this capacity, Mr. Wager was responsible for developing PI&T’s business, managing accounts, and developing strategic pursuits for all U.S. Federal Government-related activities within Parsons.

Mr. Wager holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and he has done postgraduate work at the University of California, Los Angeles, Stanford, and Georgetown. He is based in Parsons’ Pasadena, California, corporate headquarters.
