Top Boston Chefs to Cook Together for Share Our Strength, Tickets on Sale for Sunday, Sept 27th 7-Course Gourmet Charity Dinner
BOSTON-(Business Wire)-September 22, 2009 - Several talented top Boston gourmet chefs are cooking together on Sunday, September 27th for a first ever "Anniversary Harvest Dinner to Beat Hunger" to benefit Massachusetts' Share Our Strength's child hunger relief and food education programs. The dinner will be attended by the nonprofit's national president who will attest to the current economy's adverse impact on local children eating consistently and healthily. The 7-course gourmet charity dinner with culinary auction commemorates restaurant Sel de la Terre's first anniversary at its 774 Boylston Street Boston location, where the dinner is being held. Cocktails begin at 6PM with dinner to follow.
