Capgemini Expands North America Smart Grid Practice to Support Clients’ Growing Needs for Technology and Regulatory Guidance

NEW YORK-(Business Wire)-September 15, 2009 - Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced the appointment of eight new members to its North America Smart Grid practice. These individuals bring extensive industry knowledge and experience that will help Capgemini’s utility clients implement Smart Grid programs and address Smart Grid Interoperability and Security Standards, which have been driven by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), introduced in the United States by President Barack Obama earlier this year.
