Mission Pharmacal Acquires NataFort® and NataChewTM Prenatal Prescription Vitamins and Patented Dual Iron Technology from Warner Chilcott
SAN ANTONIO-(Business Wire)-September 10, 2009 - Mission Pharmacal Company announced today the company has acquired the U.S. prescription prenatal vitamins NataFort® and NataChewTM and related U.S. patents from Warner Chilcott Company, LLC and Warner Chilcott (US), LLC, subsidiaries of Warner Chilcott plc.

NataFort is a prenatal multivitamin tablet with two types of iron. It improves the nutritional status of women prior to conception and provides vitamin and mineral supplementation throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period for both the lactating and non-lactating mother.
NataChew is a chewable prenatal multivitamin tablet with iron. It improves the nutritional status of women prior to conception and provides vitamin and mineral supplementation throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period for both the lactating and non-lactating mother.
