CLEARWATER, Fla.-(Business Wire)-September 9, 2009 - OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ORHI) (the “Company” or “OmniReliant”) has announced today its acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Abazias, Inc., a Delaware company (“Abazias”).
