VCA Mesa Animal Hospital Again Receives Accreditation by American Animal Hospital Association
LOS ANGELES-(Business Wire)-August 26, 2009 - VCA Mesa Animal Hospital in Mesa, Arizona has again received accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) following a regular comprehensive evaluation and assessment of its operations. The evaluation process encompasses an in-depth quality assessment of VCA Mesa’s facility, medical equipment, practice methods and pet health management.
In the United States, only 15 percent of all small animal veterinary practices have achieved accreditation status by the AAHA. Once accredited, hospitals must continue to be evaluated regularly by the association’s consultants in order to maintain their status.
